If you have an issue with your order or product, please review the information below and contact us if you need assistance.
Return Eligibility
Returns may be requested within 14 days of delivery.
Eligible merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition, including original packaging and tags where applicable.
Items specifically marked Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged, except where required by applicable law or for an eligible damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Before Sending a Return
Email hello@sleevzathletics.com with your order number and the reason for your return before sending merchandise back.
Do not send products to an address that has not been provided by Sleevz Athletics for the purpose of processing your return.
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to product, color, and size availability.
If the replacement you want is unavailable, contact Sleevz Athletics and other options may be available.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, contact Sleevz Athletics as soon as possible.
Please provide your order number and, when applicable, photographs showing the issue.
Sleevz Athletics will cover applicable return shipping when the issue is our error or an eligible defective or damaged item.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned item is received and inspected.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law or when the return results from an error by Sleevz Athletics.
The timing of a refund appearing in your account may depend on your payment provider or financial institution.
Return Shipping
For standard returns involving size, fit, or customer preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
When a return results from an error by Sleevz Athletics or an eligible damaged or defective item, applicable return shipping is covered by Sleevz Athletics.
Customers should follow the return instructions provided by Sleevz Athletics.
